Who gets my contact information?
Your request is saved with Yard & Home. In a live service, we would share it only with the specific contractor you authorize for the project. This private pilot does not forward requests.
Is my estimate appointment confirmed immediately?
No. Preferred times are requests. A visit is confirmed only after you and the contractor agree on a time.
Have you independently vetted these businesses?
We’re starting with contractors known to the pilot organizer. We haven’t completed an independent vetting program, and we don’t claim certification or a workmanship guarantee.
What does this cost?
The pilot introduction service is free to homeowners. Contractors set their own project and consultation terms, which should be confirmed before a visit. We would disclose any future contractor referral fees.
