Pilot privacy notice
Updated November 7, 2026 · Private testing version
What this pilot does
Yard & Home is a working name for a proposed Jupiter-area project introduction service. This site is currently for private testing. Use fictional contact details. Requests are not automatically forwarded to contractors and no appointments are automatically booked.
Information you choose to submit
The form saves your name, chosen contact channel, project ZIP code, scope, budget range, timing, requested contractor, preferred visit times, any photos you upload, public Pinterest references, style notes, and whether you request a concept mockup. It also records the exact introduction permission, its version, the submission time, page variant, and advertising campaign tags included in the page URL.
Concept mockups
Mockup requests are reviewed manually. This site does not connect to Pinterest accounts, read private boards, or generate images automatically. An operator may attach an illustrative concept for review. The tracker records approval to share that specific concept; replacing the image resets approval. Concepts are not measured drawings, quotes, or feasibility assessments.
Optional measurement
With your permission, we record a random session identifier, page variant, page views, and completed form stages. Measurement excludes contact details, photos, and project text. A browser preference remembers your measurement choice. You can change it using “Privacy & measurement” in the footer. No external advertising pixels are active in this pilot.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the site’s Cloudflare-backed database; photos are stored separately. Lead records and photos are restricted to the configured pilot administrator. Test submissions can be removed from the lead tracker. There is no automatic email, text, or contractor delivery.
Before public launch
The organizer’s business identity, privacy contact, retention period, contractor arrangements, and any advertising data disclosures must be finalized before this page is used with real homeowners. This testing notice is not a finished public-service policy.
